Planning Process: We start the wedding planning process by taking you to 5-6 beautiful properties. You can choose your desired venue based on your preferences and budget.

Type of Package: We offer two types of packages to our clients which can be customized according to their needs. These packages are:

• Deluxe Package: Aryon Wedding Planner provides their most loved deluxe package to our clients who want luxury destination weddings within budget. The Deluxe Package, price starting at 16,90,000/-, provides a 2-night and 3-day experience to our guests. It is our basic package which includes resort, catering, decorations, and other amenities (inclusions discussed in detail in this blog below).

• Exotic Package: For those seeking an even more lavish experience, the Exotic Package is available which starts at 22,90,000/-. This package also offers a 2-night and 3-day experience to our guests like the deluxe package but with added luxury touches. The Exotic Package ensures that every detail, from the Mehndi and sangeet to the Haldi and wedding ceremony, is executed with the utmost elegance and sophistication.

Type of Weddings:

• Riverside Weddings: There’s something so romantic about exchanging vows beside the peaceful waters of a lake or river. Lakeside and riverside weddings offer a sense of calmness and natural beauty, with stunning waterfront views and quiet surroundings creating the perfect setting for your special day.

• Mountain View Weddings: Imagine exchanging vows surrounded by the peaceful beauty of hills, with endless views all around. Hill and mountain weddings offer calm and romance, with green landscapes or snow-covered peaks creating a stunning backdrop for your special day. Whether you want a small ceremony in a quiet hilltop garden or a big celebration at a luxury mountain resort, we have the skills and resources to make your dream come true.

Here are some more details on the type of services that are included in the package:

Inclusions:

• Resort: The resort you choose based on your budget will provide a 2-night and 3-day stay with 35 to 50 rooms.
• Meal: The meals would be included in the stay. There will be 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, 2 Hi-Teas, 1 Semi Gala Dinner, and 1 Gala Dinner.
• Decoration: The decoration for all functions, including Mehendi, Ring Ceremony, Sangeet & Cocktail/Mocktail, Haldi, and the Wedding Ceremony, is included in the package. The themes and designs of the decorations can be customized according to the client’s preferences.
• Event: Event services include a Barat procession, a Live DJ for both days and a Punjabi Dholi for 4 events.
• Effect: Effects like Cold Pyro/Gun, Fog Matka, Flower Shower, Colour Sky Shoot, and Colour Smoke are also included.
• Complementary: Welcome Girls, Event Volunteer/Hostess, and Gift Hampers are also complementary in the package.

Exclusions: Kindly note that photographers & videographers, Make-up Artists and Mehandi Artists are not included in our package. Guest can bring own artist or we will provide some phone number.

Wedding Event:

Day 1 of the Event: On the first day of the event, we ensure a warm and delightful welcome for the guests. Upon arrival, they will be greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, followed by a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. After settling in and freshening up, guests will be treated to a delicious lunch.

The festivities begin with the Mehandi function. In the evening, hi-tea will be served in the garden or lawn, based on your preference, providing a calm setting for relaxation and mingling.

As the night progresses, the Sangeet ceremony will kick off, along with the Cocktail and Ring Ceremony. Guests will be entertained with lively music and performances, enjoying a variety of cocktails and mocktails throughout the evening which will be followed by a Semi- Gala Dinner. We aim to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone, making the first day of your wedding truly memorable.

Day 2 of the Event: The second day of the event will start with a hearty breakfast for all guests. Following breakfast, everyone will head to the poolside for the vibrant and colourful Haldi ceremony. After the Haldi ceremony, guests can change and enjoy a delightful lunch in the hall, providing a moment to relax and recharge before the main wedding events begin.

In the late afternoon, the excitement continues with the Barat, as the groom makes his grand entrance. Following the Barat, we will have a picturesque Sundowner Jaimala ceremony, where the bride and groom exchange garlands against the stunning backdrop of the setting sun.

The Phere ceremony will follow, where the couple takes their sacred vows around the holy fire, witnessed by family and friends. As evening falls, the celebration culminates in a grand Wedding Reception. Guests will enjoy an elegant and joyous evening, with hi-tea, live music, and dancing. The night will conclude with a sumptuous Gala Dinner, featuring a variety of dishes to satisfy every palate.

Day 3 of the Event: On the final day of the event, we will start with a delicious breakfast for all the guests, providing a relaxed and pleasant start to the morning.

Following breakfast, our team will assist with a smooth and hassle-free check-out process. We will ensure that all guests are comfortably and efficiently taken care of, providing any necessary assistance with their luggage.

Wedding Theme and Design: We offer fully customized services to our clients. The themes and designs for each event will be discussed with you well in advance. You can choose the colour, style, and details of the floral arrangements, stage decor, and other elements according to your preferences for each event, ensuring that your wedding reflects your unique vision.
